| Purpose is to: review planning related legislative proposals; to recommend modifications to proposed legislation from the perspective of the professional planner; to provide WYOPASS membership with copies of proposed legislation, recommended modifications, and summarizing analysis of legislation; to poll WYOPASS membership as to its position concerning proposed legislation; and to keep the membership informed about progress of planning related bills in the State Legislature. HB0013 - Wind Estate Disclosure - AN ACT relating to property; providing that the status of the wind estate shall be disclosed to a prospective buyer of land not within the corporate boundaries of a city or town; and providing for an effective date.
HB0034 - Subdivisions-Consideration of Schools - AN ACT relating to subdivisions; requiring an analysis of a potential subdivision`s impact on local school districts; providing for review and recommendations; authorizing withholding of subdivision approval as specified; and providing for an effective date.
SF0025 - Public Records - AN ACT relating to public records; amending and repealing definitions; amending provisions relating to inspection of documents and exemptions from disclosure; amending penalty provision; and providing for an effective date.
SF0027 - Public Meetings - AN ACT relating to public meetings; amending definitions; clarifying provisions relating to minutes and notice; amending provisions relating to meetings, special meetings, emergency meetings, executive sessions and penalties; and providing for an effective date.
SF0048 - Professional Engineers and Surveyors Practice Act - AN ACT relating to surveyors and engineers; repealing and recreating statutes governing engineering and land surveying; modifying definitions, provisions relating to the licensing board, licensing requirements, discipline and the practice of professional engineering and the practice of professional land surveying; making conforming amendments; renumbering and amending statutes relating to corners; and providing for an effective date.
